All orders are shipped from Auckland via NZ Post. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking link once your parcel is on its way.

Made-to-order pieces are crafted with care—please allow up to 2 weeks for production before dispatch.
Returns:
Due to the custom nature of my pieces, I’m unable to accept returns. If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, please get in touch—I’ll always do what I can to help.
I’m available before purchase to guide you through measuring your body correctly, so feel free to reach out if you’re unsure.
If something doesn’t fit quite right and it’s my mistake, I’ll happily alter it for you free of charge. You’re welcome to send it back or drop it off if you're in Auckland.
If the issue is due to incorrect measurements provided, I'm still happy to help however there may be an additional charge based on what's needed to cover time and material We’ll discuss everything upfront, and payment will be arranged before any changes are made.
